Kia ora, I joined the Volunteer Recruitment team in August of 2021, following my time at the Ministry of Innovation and Employment as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for MIQ. Prior to that, I worked in Student Recruitment in Singapore and in the Education sector in South Korea.
At Volunteer Service Abroad, I am responsible for matching volunteers to assignments with the amazing partner organisations that we work with throughout our neighbouring communities in the Pacific region.
I strive to make a smooth and enjoyable process for our candidates as I guide them through recruitment, and I find it rewarding knowing that I am a part of creating opportunities for our volunteers to share their professional experience and create meaningful and lasting relationships.
