VSA's Foundation has been in place since 1984. It exists to support and further VSA’s work, and to provide assets and facilities.
Our Foundation is a charitable trust that is a separate legal entity to VSA, with three to 10 trustees (appointed by the VSA Council), along with VSA’s CEO and one member of Council.
The Foundation’s scope covers:
(i) administration of funds with due care and diligence
(ii) distribution of funds in accordance with the direction of the trust deed, ie to support the work, aims and objectives of VSA
(iii) growing the Trust Fund.
